Shipping Couriers

• We currently ship nationwide within the Philippines.

• Our primary courier is J&T Express.

• For areas not covered by J&T, we use Gogo Express as a secondary option.

Free Shipping Nationwide

• We offer free shipping for up to 3 items per order to both new and existing customers.

• Orders with more than 3 items are subject to standard shipping fees, calculated based on order weight and location.

• Shipping fees (if applicable) will be shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

Free Return-Exchange (First-Time Buyers)

• First-time buyers are eligible for a one-time free return or exchange within 10 days of receiving their order.

• We will cover all return and replacement shipping costs for this one-time request.

Refunds & Return Shipping Costs

• In the case of a return that leads to a refund, the customer will be responsible only for the return shipping fee.

• The initial shipping fee (if covered by us) will not be charged back or deducted from the refund.

Shipping Timeframe

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

• Delivery typically takes 2–7 business days. For locations outside Metro Manila, such as Visayas and Mindanao, please expect a few additional days for transit. depending on your location and courier service coverage.

• Delays may occur during holidays, peak seasons, or due to courier issues beyond our control.
