Free Return & Exchange for First-Time Buyers

You are eligible for a free return or exchange within 10 days of receiving your order.

We will shoulder the return shipping fees both ways — no cost to you at all!

No questions asked — whether you didn’t love the scent or simply changed your mind.
Bonus: After your first order, we’ll include tester vials of our other scents so you can explore and
confidently choose your next favorite — no need to return in the future!
Change of Mind? No Problem

Even after your first order, we still accept returns if you change your mind.

You may request a refund within 10 days of receiving the item.

We’ll refund your item cost in full.

Shipping fees originally covered by us won’t be charged back, but you’ll only need to cover the return shipping to us.

Items must be in original condition (unopened/sealed) to be eligible.

1. Return and Exchange (First-Time Buyers)
1. First-time buyers are eligible for a one-time exchange request within ten 10 calendar days from the date the order is received.
2. We will cover the full cost of return and replacement shipping for this initial return - exchange.
3. This policy applies regardless of the reason, including dissatisfaction with the fragrance or a change of preference.
4. We will provide fragrance testers (subject to availability) on youtr first order, to assist in future scent selection.
As such, subsequent returns for change of preference are discouraged but still subject to Section 2 below.

2. Return and Refund (First-time & Non-First-Time Buyers)
1. Customers may return items even in cases of a change of mind, provided the following conditions are met:

The return request is made within ten (10) calendar days from the date of receipt.

The item is sealed, unused, and in its original packaging.

The buyer agrees to cover the return shipping cost.

Shipping fees initially shouldered by us are non-refundable.
2.2. Upon successful return and inspection of the item, we will process a full refund of the product cost. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the customer’s preference.

3. General Return Conditions
3.1. All return requests must be communicated to us in advance via our official contact channels. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
3.2. Items that have been opened, used, tampered with, or damaged due to customer mishandling are not eligible for refund or exchange unless proven defective.
3.3. We reserve the right to inspect all returned items before issuing a refund or processing an exchange.
3.4. Any promotional items, free gifts, or testers included with the purchase must also be returned if the main item is returned.

4. Defective or Incorrect Items
4.1. In the case of an item that is damaged, leaking, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will arrange for a replacement at no cost to the buyer.

ABUSE OF RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We reserve the right to decline return, refund, or exchange requests if we identify patterns of misuse or abuse of this policy.
This includes, but is not limited to, excessive or repetitive returns that may result in unreasonable loss to the business.
In such cases, we may refuse service at our discretion.
